New bathymetric chart of the oceans

The General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans is now available on two CD-ROMs. Customized seafloor maps of any area of the ocean floor can now be generated from the data which has a resolution of a one minute grid.
Reasonably priced, approx. Euro 350 (Euro 150 for academia), this should probably be part of the toolkit of anyone who works with OTEC.
